A: 最大的好處是提供了RPC Over HTTP的功能！使用MAPI的使用者可以只透過SSL 443 Port直接與Exchange Server 2003進行連線！這樣一來就可以不用大費周章的去修改Exchange的port或是將防火牆開大量的Port

A: 最大的差別在於其使用者介面已經改為Outlok2003介面！此外在以前的版本無法針對郵件按右鍵做任何動作，現在則會出現快速功能表！此外閱讀窗格也有所改進！更重要的是可以藉由修改Register Key啟動防止使用者透過OWA的方式將機密檔案下載回公司以外的地方
Q4: 對一般資訊管理者而言最難搞的莫過於垃圾郵件，請問在這方面有任何突破嗎
A: 對於這個部份Exchange2003有了很大的改進！除了保有寄件者篩選外還新增加了連線篩選及收件者篩選！連線者篩選可以參考外面的黑名單資料庫，而收件者篩選則可以根據AD來判斷是否真有該收件者存在若有才將信收進來！這樣一來就可以大量減少垃圾郵件

A: Kerberos is a more secure authentication method that Exchange 2003 supports. You can use it to enhance the security when visiting OWA. Kerberos authentication is only supported from Internet Explorer 5.01 for Windows 2000 and later
